GVG Farms, first began in 2014 as a project in our Garage. We started off with growing Microgreens and branched out. We currently sell our products to a few fine dining restaurants in Toronto. With our demands increasing we needed more space to grow our Microgreens, we took over a greenhouse in East Garafraxa in April 2016.
Restaurants as well as consumers are always looking for local produce in the winter, the only way to grow in Ontario’s cold weather conditions is the use of Greenhouses or hoophouses.
Since then our farm has ventured on to pasture raised products, vegetables, and flowers. We encourgae members of the community to stop in and take a tour of our farm, and see what we have to offer.
